Haley PavoneHaley is the founder and CEO of Pashion Footwear, the world's first fully convertible high heel company.
To me, there is no better feeling than to see one of your students flourish beyond any lesson or advice given. To see them become something that was always within. To take what was offered and make it into something more than was hoped. And to know they're just getting started.
Haley is an impressive founder of a Cal Poly CIE supported startup company. She's the epitome of what we're all about. She wins pitch competitions. She attracts talent, treasure, and attention. She wows customers. It all comes from her personal story that she has built into a young but viable business. She is resolute but remains curious. Her track record is enviable. The road ahead is a journey we will all be proud of. There is much work to be done, but that's when she shines. She seeks guidance and then figures out how to meet each new challenge— often with ease beyond her years. Our Cal Poly community rightfully rallies in her favor. She won't disappoint.
